Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel is offering foodies new food-and-beverage programmes at Anigré Restaurant – its stylish new all-day-dining restaurant. Opened in December 2015, Anigre Restaurant sets forth great food and service in a great ambience that provides guests with an exceptional upscale dining experience to be enjoyed with friends, colleagues, and families.
“Indonesians eat out a lot, especially with a street food scene that’s hugely popular and to be living in a country that has endless variety of food and drinks,” says Richard Suter, the general manager of Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel. “With the aim of combining street culinary and a comfortable experience, we have designed four special food-and-beverage programmes that will present a unique sensation for our guests. Guests are also able to try and create their own dish via our exciting cooking classes that are available upon request.”
Friday: Authentic Indonesia Feast
Enjoy a fine local spread and interactive cooking station from famous Indonesian culinary cities. Every Friday from 6.30pm-10.30pm, guests will be able indulge themselves on their favourite local cuisine that will evoke their childhood memories. Some signature dishes on offer that should be sampled include Oxtail Soup and Nasi Campur Bali.
Saturday: Hawker Festival
Enjoy street food delicacies in style at Anigré Restaurant. The Saturday Hawker Festival brings your favourite hawker food such as Singapore Chilli Crab and Nasi Lemak in one place. Every Saturday, guests will be able to invite their friends and families and spend great quality time at Anigré.
Sunday: Market Brunch
Adopting a Sip, Savour and Shop concept, Sheraton Sunday Market Brunch offers a traditional brunch in an open-air market setting that offers delicious fare, handmade crafts, and services from local farmers, artisans, and vendors. Starting from 11.30pm-3pm, guests will be able to enjoy familiar flavours and also discover new favourites. Some of the specials on offer include freshly made sushi from local fishes, Mie Tek-Tek, and Roast Prime Ribs, along with traditional brunch dishes such as made-to-order eggs and fresh pastries.
At Your Convenience: Spice Me Up! Cooking Class
If you’re really into food, then Anigré is inviting guests to spice up their day by joining its Spice Me Up programme that will allow punters and their friends to join Anigré’s executive chef in creating three to four fantastic dishes and enjoy them right away. This class is available every day upon request.
